Just over a block to the magnificent sugar white sand beaches where you can spend a lazy day basking in the sun or playing in the Emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Alternatively you can lounge around your private 26X13 ft swimming pool and play, or simply catch up on your reading on one of the many balconies that this home boasts.
Our rental home is truly a place that you will want to return to year after year! Whether you are a large family or several families this home can accommodate all.
Rental Rates:
All rates are for up to 12 guests, $100 per person
per week for extra guests up to 18 max.
Spring: February 25th - May 18th
$2,350/week. (Spring Break $2,725-$3,000/wk)
Peak Summer: May 19th - August 17th
$3,995/week. (4th of July week, $4,295/wk)
Summer Discount: August 18th - September 14th
$2,100/week
Fall: September 15th - October 19
$1,500/week
Off Season: October 20 - February 28
$1,350/week
Thanksgiving, Christmas weeks:
$1,900/week
11% Tax.
There is also a $600.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded within seven days after check out).
Heat Pool: $250 per week.
Half of Rental Rate required to secure home.

Just wanted to drop a line to let you know how much I enjoyed my stay at the Reality Break. Having stayed at your properties previously, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. And I wasn't. We had a family reunion there and your home provided more then enough space to accommodate us ALL!! (4 families!) Everything was terrific. So well maintained inside and out. And the proximity to the beach, stores, restaurants was perfect. Would love to do it again. (If I can talk the family into that is!) Oh...and went on a fishing trip that was tremendous. Can't remember the charter you recommended but I would tell others to look into it if that's what they like. Thanks again!

"Reality Break" was just as fabulous as it looks in the on-line photos. What a wonderful way to celebrate Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. The heated pool made it possible to swim every day; and the location was wonderful--2 blocks away from the beach and a short drive to all kinds of activities. We were wishing we could have stayed several more days.

My family stayed in this absolutely perfect beach home. It was so inviting, clean, and way more than we expected in a beach vacation. We had 4 different families and we were all soo comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone and more! The owners were so nice and so helpful in every way! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great family vacation!
